Did you know ... 

If you meditate regularly and you always use the same music, after a certain amount of time, your body will start to relax and prepare for meditation when you just play the music. 

This can be very helpful if you don't have much time, but you need to relax, de-stress or change your mindset. This also works the same when you always use the same scent during meditation.
