Let me try to explain that 

If you look at the tree, you will notice the leaves, the branches, the trunk, but what you do not see are the roots,

even though they are the most important part of the whole tree.

Without leaves there still would be branches, without branches the trunk would still be there and without the trunk the roots would still be there and hold the potential for new growth. The roots are everything!!! 

They need to be firmly rooted, no pun intended, in the ground, to prevent it from falling over when there's a storm coming.

They are the base of everything that comes from it. But when we are talking about Spirituality and especially when you are a beginner, you are lucky if someone starts explaining on trunk level. We start to try to explain one thing for example the importance of being grounded, but before you know there is talk about energy, spirits, chakras, passed loved ones, guides, Angels ... you name it, and I guarantee you it has been discussed. 

And it should, I absolutely do agree with that!!!  Everything needs to be discussable .... BUT ... being discussed does not mean it is understood, therefor we should NOT forget or skip the basics. Like the tree our spiritual basis keeps us grounded and it creates a solid foundation that allows for steady growth and if at one point a spiritual storm should come your way, your roots will keep you grounded and will make sure you can pick up from where you left.

That is why I started with creating the 'Spirituality, Plain & Simple' vids. I wanted to cut away as much of the clutter as I could without doing injustice to a topic and try to bring it back to the basics. Especially for those who are just starting their spiritual journey of for those who have started to grow and are expanding, you will need a solid base.

I hope that by creating those videos (and hopefully further down the road, will be able to expand on that) I am contributing a little bit to that. But before you move away from this page, I have one final remark .... 

Always, ALWAYS keep asking questions, don't take anything as if it is written in stone. Until we permanently leave the physical world ourselves, we simply do know nothing for sure!
